I've been on this forum for a while now and I've noticed that the "For forum euros" section is quite active. I usually see people exchanging currency for game accounts, CS:GO skins, or some design services. However, I have one specific question: are there any hardware enthusiasts on this forum who would be willing to share their knowledge or help solve technical problems for the same forum euros?

My situation is this: I'm currently tinkering with my small home server project and I've run into a problem that I can't seem to solve by just browsing Google. I have a stack of older network equipment that I'm trying to connect into a single system. I'm using a 4 - port serial adapter to control multiple switches at once via the console. The problem is that my system (Windows 11) keeps throwing a driver incompatibility error, and the terminal simply refuses to see all four COM ports at once. It seems like the devices are competing for the same resources, although in theory everything should work smoothly.

Personally, I've always enjoyed tinkering with real hardware rather than code, but this time I feel like I'm stuck on "level 1" problems. Since I have a lot of forum money, I thought, maybe there's a network administrator or just an experienced IT guy here who would be willing to help me configure this setup for a fee?

Have you ever seen anyone here provide such "serious" IT consulting for local currency, or are the euros on this forum more intended for entertainment content and games? It would be interesting to hear your observations about what you have actually "bought" or "sold" in this section.

It's hard to assist you when we don't know what hardware exactly do you use. Provide more information like what 4-port adapter have you bought, what kind of motherboard does your PC have, maybe it's PCI-e lanes limitation and etc. In short, provide more information about the hardware.
