Tau errorai dėl to jog naudoji netinkamos versijos (kūrėjo labiau) mysql, nes yra kelios mysql versijos, pagal viską kiek tikrinau funkcijos tau reikia būtent šito plugino : https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL/releases/download/R33/mysql-r33-win.rar
